MILSTAR/SATCOM (airborne and mobile) plans and policies support, TDS manager, security manager, operator instruction, deficiency report reviews, software confidence tests and operational trial period tests, positional handbooks, reviewing operator instructions and technical data, trouble shooting, support to aircrew training. Supported equipment includes SCAMP, AN/ARC- 94, 181, GEMS, AEHF, MPE, FAB-T, MMA, and new satellite support systems and planning tools.

Planning, policy and plans support, requirements definition, systems staffing options, other agency coordination, ground mobile communications equipment maintenance management, training and technical support, future system technical research (portable cellular towers and interoperable systems). Supported systems include VTC, EHDC, PCMT, DMDS, Gateguard, V/UHF radios, HF radios and DEMARC phone wiring, tactical mobile ADP (hardware and software) and ground communications equipment, including support of server and laptop computers supporting AN/TRC-194 data/voice remoting operations.

Land Mobile Radio (LMR) assets management, training, technical support and requirements definition. Supported systems include; Blackberries, Iridium Satellite phones, Tactical Aircrew Alert Network (TAAN’s), VHF/UHF hand held and vehicle radios, Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) lines (training locations) and Video Telephone Conference (VTC).
